What is LawncAir?
LawncAir is a lawn service company started in August of 2023 on Cape Cod. First an idea, then a website, then we build.
What makes LawncAir different?
LawncAir will never use gasoline to power our lawn mowers. Battery powered lawn mowers have become incredibly efficient over the years and it is time to embrace the clean and quiet method of cutting grass on Cape Cod
How are the batteries charged?
LawncAir is going to try and get off the ground as a business taking as risk free an approach as possible. We will begin charging our batteries with solar power, wind power and electricity from the grid. Our goal by the end of 2024 is to use 100% solar and wind energy. After proof of concept and forming a customer base, we will build custom trailers that charge batteries using solar while we mow.
How big are the plans for LawncAir?
The size LawncAir grows will be dependent on its growth rate and profitability. Air is in the name, therefore sky is the limit.
Are batteries bad for the earth?
Surely. We are trying to bring you the lesser of 2 evils as a more viable option. Our approach with batteries being used in a commercial setting makes sure we fully utilize each one before they expire.
What can we do to help the cause?
Hire us. That is a good first step. If you cut you your own grass, we will have eco friendly lawn maintenance information flowing from our social media accounts to assist.
Are you good at mowing lawns? What is your experience?
I have been told I am an incredible lawn mower. Only way we can prove it is if we are given the chance.
